This policy explains what personal data Bridge AI Talent ("Bridge AI", "we") collects through the website bridgeaitalent.com, why, and what you can do about it. The Bridge AI operating system used by our experts and clients has its own privacy policy.

What we collect
- Conversation and contact forms: the name, email address, company, website and message you choose to send, plus the page you sent it from.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics in the banner, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) with IP anonymisation enabled. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To send the newsletter you asked for (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Form and newsletter submissions are stored in the Bridge AI operating system (os.bridgeaitalent.com), which runs on Vercel. Google processes analytics data. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Conversation and contact data is kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing leonard@bridgeaimena.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date above.
